Simple idea… Have a tower already built (perhaps on the Communion Table)… talk about tower you built before the church service… as you move forward to talk to children, the tower of bricks collapses… what now? Do you want to help rebuild…. Kids will want to help rebuild something even better… stronger. Haggai reading (Year C) seems appropriate for development with Remembrance theme… building up again following times of destruction…
